Bloom's pedagogy

Ensuring our students flourish! Bloom is a cross-disciplinary programme of personal and professional support developed by the Ecoles créatives for its students.

Our aim is to help students find their way

Bloom’s support is based on two main themes, one of which is the development of soft skills, i.e. the interpersonal and behavioural skills that are essential in the professional world.

These skills help employees to evolve and adapt more easily, while enabling employers to take advantage of varied profiles and talents with personal qualities that enrich the company and its teams.

The main pillars of Bloom's pedagogy

Student development and well-being: self-knowledge

Building your career plan and employability

  • Knowledge of professional culture.
  • Defining the field the student wants to enter.
  • Develop your network, your visibility and your project.

Bloom tools

The Bloom system is an essential prerequisite for validating each year and moving on to the next year, validating certifications and awarding diplomas. Behavioural skills are present and assessed in each of the certification courses.

  • Deployment of the Bloom device by level

    • Conferences and workshops adapted to each level of training and evolving according to students’ needs.
    • Organisation of meetings with professionals and former students to create the first circle of a professional network.
  • Creation of a professional skills guide

This guide is closely scrutinised by employers and recruiters, who take part in the end-of-study juries or in the recruitment of our students for internships and first jobs.

  • Creation of the Bloom Passport

    • A passport that will follow the student from the first to the last year, enabling them to become aware of the behavioural skills they have developed.
    • Students will be able to self-evaluate and obtain a specific evaluation from the teaching team.

The Alumni platform, a real tool for professional integration

The Ecoles Créatives have set up a digital tool open to former students, current students, all employees (teaching and administrative staff) and professionals.

This platform has 3 objectives: to support students’ professional integration and careers, to promote their training pathways and to unite their communities.

Our speakers

Masterclasses or conferences are organised throughout the year at the school with professionals and/or former students who occasionally come to share their experience or specific know-how on specific topics, thereby enriching the contribution of our teaching teams.

Educational advisers

At CinéCréatis, the teaching teams provide our students with sympathetic support and put in place a range of initiatives to monitor their progress throughout their course.

  • Personal appointments with each student two or three times a year. The team is also on hand whenever necessary to answer any questions students may have, and to provide a listening ear and support to help them make the most of their studies.
  • Helping students find their bearings: organising information meetings to find out about the various courses, meetings with student ambassadors and immersion days.
  • Putting behavioural skills into practice: managing ambitious projects by developing the search for new professional or institutional partnerships of great educational interest each year and by working with the teaching teams to create the framework for these professionalising projects.
  • Follow-up and support for the Bloom Passport: identifying objectives and skills for cross-disciplinary projects or large-scale projects included in the passport in collaboration with the teaching team, and organising assessment and self-assessment.

Student life referents

They coordinate campus community life and create social links by organising all the social events that enable students to get to know other students and become better integrated into school life.

The team is at the heart of the citizenship process on the campuses, working with the teaching departments to organise events and activities dedicated to more general themes such as diversity, inclusion and sustainable development.
