Equipment to match your ambitions
The school provides its students with state-of-the-art equipment. Professional cameras, lighting, rails, studios, computers... Our top-of-the-range equipment means that students can train under optimum real-life conditions.
Filming studios
We have set up spacious, fully functional film studios for our students, designed to enable them to work in professional conditions.
Our modular spaces are designed to adapt to all your projects: rails, motorised grills, green-screen and white-screen cycloramas allow you to work with inlays and all kinds of set-ups.
Excellence continues on the sound side: our studios, fully equipped with acoustic canvases and tiles, offer optimum sound quality.
With a full range of image and sound equipment, our students work in conditions that are close to those of professionals, learning to master every detail of audiovisual production.
Our partnership with Arri means we can benefit from the very best the brand has to offer.
For example, the Arri Amira, the versatile camera par excellence, is optimised for hand-held shooting. This ultra-high-performance tool combines exceptional image quality with CFast 2.0 workflows. All of this, thanks to an ergonomic design designed for use by a single operator.
We also have the following cameras available to our students: the Blackmagic Ursa Pro 4.6 K, the Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4.6 K and the SONY CineAlta PMW-F55.
Tracks & equipment
Making a film means composing images, movements and a rhythm that give life to the narrative.
To enrich each shot and explore all the visual possibilities, our students have access to high-performance equipment: tracking rails, motorised heads, gondolas, booms and much more.
These are all professional tools that enable them to dare creative perspectives, work with precision in staging and give full scope to their vision.

Lights
What would images be without the mastery of light? The importance of lighting in the making of a film is well established. That’s why we provide our students with everything they need to give their creations the edge they want. DMX-controlled cycloide projectors, reflection panels, coloured backgrounds, etc. Everything is provided to give the right lighting to all styles of work.

Mounting box
All CinéCréatis campuses are equipped with editing suites.
They give our students a better understanding of the final stage in film production.
The editing suites are equipped with high-quality hardware such as 27-inch iMacs and high-performance software (Final Cut Pro X, the Creative Cloud suite, Avid Media Composer, Pro Tools & Da Vinci Resolve). Hardware that can also be used on a network.
Sound studios
In film studios, sound is captured in the best possible conditions. To enable our students to work on effects, create sound effects and design a soundtrack worthy of the name, we provide them with a real sound studio. Soundproofed rooms and speak booths enable them to work on narrators’ voices and sound effects.
Students can also use high-performance machines and powerful software to transcribe or create an atmosphere, as well as mix music or rework footage.
Sound
To design and perfect their soundtracks, our students work on 21-inch iMacs equipped with Avid HD Omni sound cards.
The equipment is complemented by professional loudspeakers, reference headphones and high-quality microphones, guaranteeing optimum listening precision.
For sound editing, they use industry-renowned software: Pro Tools HD.
A complete technical environment to create, mix and finalise their projects in professional conditions.
Hosting exceptional screenings and events
On each of our campuses, our students have access to an amphitheatre with a capacity of between 40 and 160 seats. It’s a bright, pleasant place to work, equipped with lights and top-of-the-range projection equipment.
These amphitheatres are used for conferences organised by the school for our students, as well as being used as classrooms and projection rooms.
