Lisa Perousse

Love for management

After CinéCréatis

When Lisa left school in 2016 with her degree in hand, she quickly found the right job.

It was in the production department that this native of Nantes decided to try her luck, first as an intern on Frédéric Quiring’s film “Sales gosses”, then on the series ” Plus belle la vie“. “Preparing for filming, organising logistics, dispatching crews and equipment… it’s a world that really suits me, and there’s no such thing as routine!

“The network is undoubtedly the most valuable tool!”

Through her experiences, she quickly built up a high-quality professional network, which opened the door to many other projects. Short films, feature films, TV series… She took on one assignment after another, building up a solid reputation.

“In the world of professional cinema and the arts in general, the network is undoubtedly the most valuable tool. Looking back over the years, it seems obvious!

Attached to her home town and true to herself, Lisa works mainly in Nantes, Paris and Marseille. A choice that hasn’t prevented her from making her mark.

“I made the choice to stay and live in Nantes, but I think that’s pretty anecdotal! Motivation, not counting the hours, working relentlessly, never giving up… That’s what counts, and what has really enabled me to get to where I am.”

On the news front, she recently worked as assistant director on the TV film “Pourquoi je vis”, and is currently preparing to shoot a feature film in Nantes.

What next? “ I should be heading to the south of France shortly, to shoot a series”, staytuned!

What advice would you give to students?

To never give up in the face of difficulties! And not to be afraid of working hard and putting in long hours. And above all that networking is the most important thing for working in this business!
