CinéCréatis Lyon at the heart of the Filmoramax festival

On the occasion of our partnership with the Filmoramax festival, CinéCréatis was honoured to be invited to this major cinema event and to share the experience with many students from the Lyon campus. We are proud to say that CinéCréatis was the only partner school at the festival, underlining our commitment to offering our students rewarding professional experiences.

Several of our Lyon-based students volunteered for the festival, taking part in hands-on missions in the field, notably as cameramen or ushers. It’s a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes of a film event and put their skills into practice in a professional context.

The students also had access to a wide variety of festival events: masterclasses, showcases, screenings and much more. This immersion allowed them to meet professionals, get inspired and feed their passion for film and the audiovisual industry.

As part of the partnership, a masterclass was held at CinéCréatis Lyon. Presented by PAM’S, a company specialising in art direction, set design, image and concept development, this session gave our students a real insight into the jobs and challenges of visual creation in the film industry.

This partnership with Filmoramax illustrates our desire to connect our students to the professional world, to immerse them in real projects and to offer them unique opportunities to train and prepare for their future careers in the film and audiovisual industries.
