Nantes offers a dynamic and diverse audiovisual ecosystem, with many films, series, documentaries and commercials being shot every year. The city benefits from the support of local and regional structures, companies specialising in production and post-production, and events such as the Festival des 3 Continents, which encourage professional meetings.

This framework enables students to learn on the job, develop their skills and build up a solid network in the film and audiovisual professions.

Nantes offers students an active and stimulating lifestyle, with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities. The city is home to a number of popular clubs, including Nantes Métropole Athlétisme, Cercle Aviron de Nantes, Nantes Erdre Carquefou Basket and Nantes-Rollers, offering students the chance to practise team and individual sports in a friendly atmosphere.

Served by Nantes-Atlantique international airport, the city is also easy to get around thanks to its train stations. Nantes Sud and Nantes Nord stations can be reached in 20 minutes from the campus, providing convenient connections for your regional and national journeys.

On a day-to-day basis, our students mainly travel by bike, thanks to the support schemes put in place by the city, or use the trams and buses with the Libertan card. Located just 10 minutes’ walk from the Chantiers Navals tram stop, our film school in Nantes is perfectly connected to the city as a whole.
