In the way of... Le Silence des agneaux

This is the first meeting between FBI trainee Clarice Starling (initially played by American actress Jodie Foster, here played by Elisa Laruelle) and psychopath Hannibal Lecter (played by actor Anthony Hopkins, here played by Richard Taconné).

The sequence takes place in prison, opposite Hannibal’s cell, and lasts about 2 minutes.

We have chosen this legendary sequence from Silence of the Lambs, directed by the American director, producer and screenwriter Jonathan Demme in 1991, because it is the first meeting between Hannibal and Clarice.
