Arthur is a young propaganda film editor for the army. He is faced with a cruel dilemma when his superior forces him to handle films implicating his military father. Arthur is a young propaganda film editor for the army. He is assisted in his work by Franck, a gruff director with a cigarillo in his mouth. The work they do seems satisfactory, but the producer, a high-ranking army officer, doesn’t think so. He told Arthur to go and get some new film with more fighting in it. The young editor complied. In the storeroom, he stumbled across a strange reel with an eye that seemed to be drawn in blood on it. He grabs it. It’s only when he watches it that a cruel dilemma presents itself: he has to manipulate images in which his military father appears…
