CinéCréatis Bordeaux: An ideal infrastructure for filming
The school’s premises have hosted a number of film shoots this year. Professionals have been won over by the school’s 300 m² shooting studio with set, overlay studio with green screen, sound booth, editing studio and state-of-the-art camera equipment, all located in the heart of the new Euratlantique district.
Our film school in Bordeaux, which spans almost 12,500 m² on the banks of the Garonne, is a magnet thanks to this magnificent infrastructure, which respects environmental requirements. That’s why film professionals have chosen it as their film set.
Shooting location: Series and mini-series
In February, the premises hosted the filming of an episode of the series ‘Amours Solitaires’, which will be broadcast on the France Télévisions ‘Slash TV’ platform and Arte Créative. Our students were lucky enough to be able to attend the filming, an opportunity for them to observe the technical teams as well as the production.
In April, the campus became a film set. This time it was for the mini-series RIVALES, starring Mélanie Doutey (Director: Shirley Monsarrat, Production Tetra Média Fiction) which will shortly be broadcast on France 2. Another opportunity for our CinéCréatis students to learn alongside film professionals.
New film shoots will be taking place on the Bordeaux campus, and it’s a great opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the professional world of cinema.
