Opportunity: Arte's short fiction film competition!

arte concours court metrage

A competition dedicated to film students

This annual event is open exclusively to students at film schools and universities. The works submitted must have been produced as part of their studies, which ensures that academic productions are showcased.

To be eligible, films must meet specific criteria:

  • Maximum running time: 15 minutes,
  • Date of production: from 1 January 2023.

The competition offers several awards:

  • A professional jury awards two prizes.
  • The jury’s first prize is broadcast on Court-Circuit, giving young filmmakers exceptional exposure.
  • An audience prize is also awarded following an online vote on the Arte website.

This year, three CinéCréatis films are in the running: it’s up to you to support them by voting for your favourites!
